Siti Suhailah Lubis is the Founder of GPS group, a marketing and events management consultancy firm based in Singapore. An accomplished and driven business entrepreneur, she provides strategic direction towards profitable business solutions for her clients.
A leader with 10 years of experience and proven track record in business development, project management, sales, training and development and events management. An innovator, she collaborates with organisations tapping on potential business growth opportunities, engages in outcomes-driven deal transactions, and mobilises a top tier and high performing team of professionals that consistently deliver.
Major clients include Petrofac,Lundin,Sapura Group, Delsol, Repsol and Epoms.
Siti Suhailah embarked on her entrepreneurship journey and founded GlobalPetro Solutions in 2014 – an organisation that offers training and development solutions to regional clients in the oil and gas industry. In 2019, Global Petro is rebranded to GPS Group and positioned itself as a one-stop business solutions consultancy company.
A leader in business entrepreneurship, she mentors university undergraduates as part of the NOCP-ANC Mentoring Circle to empower young women discover and unleash their entrepreneurial potential.
As a strong advocate for women empowerment, Siti Suhailah dedicates her time with the Empowomen Network (ENSG), the social arm of GPS Group. ENSG run personal development workshops and seminars relating to women empowerment.
Siti Suhailah is working towards her personal goal of building a leadership academy for under- privileged women in Asia. The aim is to instil and support an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset to help them transform their lives to be independent and confident women.
